Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To give every client the best possible experience and keep our schedule running smoothly: • Rescheduling or Cancelling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours) or No-Shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee or the scheduled treatment(s) will be lost on a pre paid Package/Membership.
